The Belmont Stakes is at its best when the Triple Crown is on the line. This year, however, that possibility ended quickly after the connections of Kentucky Derby winner Sovereign

Coverage of the 157th Belmont Stakes will begin on race day as early as 10:30 a.m. ET on FS1. Then, at 2:30 p.m. ET, coverage will also start on Fox. The race post time is set for 7:04 p.m.

There are two clear favorites at the Belmont Stakes, but one experienced bookmaker isn't sure a few dark horses (get it?) couldn't make a run. Patrick Everson has the scoop.
