The latest round of layoffs at Boeing impacted various roles across the company's commercial, defence, and global services divisions, including engineers, recruiters, and analysts

Boeing has laid off hundreds of additional employees in Washington state and California as part of planned cuts that will eventually reduce the company’s workforce by about 17,000.

The bulk of the layoffs will hit Boeing sites in Los Angeles and Orange counties, among thousands to hit Boeing nationwide.
