The father of a 9-year-old has been charged with murder in the second degree and concealment of a human corpse after he allegedly murdered his daughter in upstate New York.

Authorities in St. Cloud are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 13-year-old girl. Lierra Andrews was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 18, on the 100 block of 4th Avenue South in downtown St. Cloud. She was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and jean shorts.
