President Trump has taken aim at late-night hosts Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon in the days since Stephen Colbert's top-rated CBS show was canceled, predicting that both of the Jimmys will soon be out of a job and taking credit in advance.
He posted on Truth Social last week, “ The Wall Street Journal, and Rupert Murdoch, personally, were warned directly by President Donald J. Trump that the supposed letter they printed by President Trump to Epstein was a FAKE and, if they print it, they will be sued.”
The response was a reference to a birthday message Trump allegedly wrote in 2003 to his then-friend Jeffrey Epstein, who would be convicted of sex crimes in 2008 and later died in a Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.
CBS retired The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, supposedly due to political reasons. Since then, fans have become anxious about the fate of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and have started wondering if the late-night talk show will also get canceled.
