The 2-seeded Sooners continued their explosive postseason displays to get back to the Women's College World Series.

While Oklahoma took the first game with a 5-1 win, Alabama pitcher Jocelyn Briski held the Sooners offense to two hits and one run off a solo home run, while the Crimson Tide secured the 6-1 victory with seven hits and two home runs by Kari Heivilin and Abby Duchscherer.

Alabama Crimson Tide went 9-4, lost to 7-6 Vanderbilt and 6-7 Oklahoma, and finished as the runner-up in the ReliaQuest Bowl, but they still seem upset they didn't make the College Football Playoff five months later.
