Ozzy Osbourne's "final moment" at his farewell concert has gone viral on social media. The Black Sabbath frontman, known as the "Prince of Darkness," died on Tuesday at the age of 76.

Without sharing his cause of death, Osbourne's family delivered the news in a statement, writing that "our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning" and adding that the rock legend was "with his family and surrounded by love" in his final moments.
