US District Judge Arun Subramanian ordered the jury to continue its closed-door discussions for a third day after the panel said Tuesday that it was unable to reach consensus on the top count: racketeering conspiracy.

The partial verdict in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial comes on the second day of deliberations, after the high-profile proceedings started in May.

About three hours after they asked for testimony from star witness Cassie Ventura and male escort Daniel Phillip, the jury in Sean Combs sex trafficking trial received the transcripts they requested. The delay was caused in part because of a dispute between the lawyers about how much of the testimony to include.
