Philadelphia International Airport on Monday was still relying on a generator to power Terminal D after outages delayed more than 90 flights during one of the year’s busiest travel weekends. The Independence Blue Cross RiverRink in Philadelphia closed at 5 p.m. Sunday because of a power outage. The rink is normally open until 10:30 p.m. on Sundays but had to close because of a PECO power outage affecting Old City and part of the Delaware River waterfront.
