Dothan man arrested in deadly hit-and-run of Troy professor
A man has been arrested and charged in the deadly hit-and-run that killed a retired business professor at Troy University in Dothan. According to Dothan Police, 57-year-old George Rice was arrested on Thursday and charged with one count of murder and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.
