According to the Georgia Lottery, the person, who has chosen to remain anonymous, drew the winning numbers on the Nov. 14, 2025, drawing for the $983 million jackpot. The winning numbers for that drawing were: 1-8-11-12-57, with the Mega Ball 7. The winner chose the cash option, taking home $453.6 million on Jan. 2.

The Mega Millions jackpot now stands at $100 million ahead of the drawing on Tuesday, Dec. 23, just two days before Christmas. Tuesday's lottery follows a drawing on Friday, Dec. 19, in which no one matched all six winning numbers.
