Ranked No. 4 in the Associated Press' preseason poll, Texas opened its 2025-26 season with a home game against Incarnate Word.

On Friday night, No. 4 Texas (1-0) will host No. 24 Richmond (1-0). Richmond marks the first of 13 games that Texas will play this season against teams that were ranked by the AP in the preseason.
