The Eagles signed two defensive linemen Tuesday, adding depth and competition ahead of the start of training camp practices.

One day later, they announced four roster moves. Defensive end K.J. Henry and running back Lew Nichols are out. Defensive end Ogbonnia Okoronkwo and defensive tackle Jacob Sykes are in. Okoronkwo is an interesting addition. So is Sykes. Philadelphia ignored two other prospects to acquire the latter.

Philadelphia announced on Tuesday that the club has signed edge rusher Ogbo Okoronkwo and defensive tackle Jacob Sykes. Okoronkwo, 30, was released by the Browns in late June. He had spent the last two seasons with Cleveland, recording 4.5 sacks in 2023 and 3.0 sacks in 2024.
