UAB transfer quarterback Jacob Zeno commits to Texas A&M
Texas A&M reeled in its first transfer portal addition in the form of UAB quarterback Jacob Zeno on Tuesday. The San Antonio native will join the Aggies for his seventh season of college football after spending three years each with the Blazers and at Baylor.
Former UAB quarterback Jacob Zeno transferring to Texas A&M
Zeno, who spent the past three seasons with the Blazers, announced Tuesday he is transferring to Texas A&M for his last season of eligibility. The San Antonio native started his career with Baylor and played in six games over three seasons with the Bears.

The San Antonio John Jay High School alumnus becomes the third scholarship quarterback on the Aggie roster for next season, joining starter Marcel Reed and Miles O’Neill. He serves as one replacement for the pair of A&M quarterbacks that entered the transfer portal, Conner Weigman and Jaylen Henderson.
