Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh on Tuesday accused the BJP of submitting applications to the Election Commission (EC) to remove the names of 3,800 voters from the electoral roll in the R.

On Monday, the AAP filed a formal complaint with Electoral Registration Officers across all 70 assembly constituencies, accusing the BJP of orchestrating these deletions through bulk applications. A senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Sanjay Singh has accused the Election Commission of colluding with the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) in alleged attempts to delete voter names from Delhi's electoral rolls in a coordinated manner ahead of the February 2025 Delhi Assembly elections.

An official in the Delhi CEO’s office said that no such applications for mass deletion of voters have been received, and no exercise to delete the names from the voters’ list is underway.
