The father of a 15-year-old girl who killed a fellow student and a teacher at a private school in Wisconsin had his bail set at $20,000 on Friday at his first court appearance on charges that he allowed her access to guns.

A victim of the Abundant Life shooting was present for Jeffrey Rupnow's court appearance in connection with school shooting.

The 42-year-old was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child and providing a dangerous weapon to a person under 18 resulting in death.
