The defensive tackle joined Kay Adams on the Up & Adams Show to discuss his new deal, stating that his main objective was to have his mother and family taken care of for the future. Odighizuwa signed his contract with his mother, Abieyuwa, by his side.
According to NFL Media, Odighizuwa and Dallas have agreed to terms on a four-year contract, keeping him in the fold ahead of free agency. He was No. 10 on PFT’s list of top 100 free agents for this offseason.

Veteran defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa signed a four-year contract extension with the Dallas Cowboys, the team announced Tuesday. A league source told UPI the pact is worth $80 million, including $52 million guaranteed.
Only two players were given the tag for 2025 before Tuesday’s deadline: Cincinnati receiver Tee Higgins and Kansas City guard Trey Smith.
