All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander said the Thunder are lucky to have a guy like Jaylin Williams. After Williams finished with 13 points, including 4-of-4 from deep, four rebounds, and two blocks in 19 minutes in a 120-103 win against the Grizzlies, Gilgeous-Alexander commended his teammate for being ready.

It didn't matter that the Thunder were down some of its best players, with the ones off the bench stepping into starting roles and earning a win over the Trail Blazers.

Jaylin Williams was one of just nine players active in Oklahoma City’s 107-89 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. The top six players in the Thunder’s rotation sat out.
