A recall was announced this week after at least 26 people in 15 states were sickened by cucumbers possibly contaminated with Salmonella.
The Food and Drug Administration announced a recall of cucumbers grown by Bedner Growers and distributed by Fresh Start Produce Sales because of a multistate Salmonella outbreak that has sickened more than 20 people.
Bedner's Farm Fresh Market has issued a recall on cucumbers purchased between April 25 and May 14 due to potential salmonella contamination.
