The heat continues through early next week, with highs pushing 110°. The average high this time of year is 104°-105°.
Heat and humidity remain the big story today. Temperatures will climb into the lower to mid-90s and will feel even hotter due to the humidity. Expect a mix of sun and clouds, with scattered to isolated showers and storms developing this afternoon. Winds will be out of the west around 5 mph.
