Nearly 37,000 acres have burned since Sunday as three wildfires continue to rage in northern Minnesota, none of which have been contained.

Three wildfires erupted in Northern Minnesota over the past few days amid unseasonably high temperatures and extreme fire danger.

An update issued at 7:46 a.m. revealed that the Jenkins Creek Fire expanded to 6,000 acres, a significant increase from the 1,500 acres it had devoured as of Monday evening.
