By Aftab Ahmed, Shivam Patel and YP Rajesh NEW DELHI/ISLAMABAD (Reuters) -Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi warned Pakistan on Monday that New Delhi would target "terrorist hideouts" across the border again if there were new attacks on India and would not be deterred by what he called Islamabad's "nuclear blackmail".

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has adopted a rather belligerent tone toward Pakistan. This was a way to reassure ultra-nationalists, who saw the conflict as an opportunity to reclaim the Pakistani-run part of Kashmir.
