England has got the defense of its Women's European Championship title firmly back on track with a 4-0 win over the Netherlands, thanks to a Lauren James double.

Lionesses manager Sarina Wiegman and players hailed a "proper England" performance after they hammered the Netherlands 4-0 in Zurich on Wednesday.

England and Sarina Wiegman put right everything they had got wrong against France. Lauren James was moved back to the right side of the attack and showed her class with two superb strikes. Ella Toone came into the team and capped off a hard-working performance with a deserved goal.
