Two locations in New Hampshire have been recognized among the best places in the country to watch the 2025 summer solstice.

Hopkinton High School sophomore Maddy Lane ​won the 3,200-meter run Saturday at the New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 10:32.63.
