The 142 Wing of the Portland Air National Guard Base plans to conduct 17 Memorial Day flyovers throughout northwest Oregon and southwest Washington.
The F-15 Eagle fighter jet flyovers will begin after 9 a.m. and continue until about 11:30, starting with a ceremony at Forest lawn Cemetery in Gresham and including others in Oregon City, Springfield, Woodburn, Dallas and Vancouver.
