Wedding photographer Pervez Taufiq had just flown from Cancun to Los Angeles with his family last week when a woman spewed racist comments at family members, including his two young sons, on an airport shuttle bus.

An Indian-American family subjected to racial harassment last month plans to press charges against the woman who hurled abuses at them, emphasising the need for accountability and speaking out against hate.

The unidentified woman was caught on video flashing her middle fingers and ranting at photographer Pervez Taufiq and his family.

The incident took place in November onboard a United Airlines shuttle when photographer Pervez Taufiq, 50, was travelling with his wife and three kids from Mexico to Los Angeles.
