Wendy Williams is continuing her fight to end her conservatorship, calling into Good Day New York from a hospital bed on March 11 to address her ongoing battle with her guardianship and her recent hospitalization.

Calling in to “The Breakfast Club,” Williams said that she was given a “capacity test” after being moved from her facility to a hospital.

Wendy Williams’ guardianship judge is threatening the former media personality with even more restrictions after the star came forward to expose her facility’s conditions. Now, Judge Lisa Sokoloff wants Williams moved to another facility.

Wendy Williams was taken out of her assisted living facility and transported to a local hospital for an evaluation, a spokesperson for the NYPD told PEOPLE on Monday, March 10. This comes after she called the facility "prison" and has made public pleas for help amid her conservatorship.

Once at the hospital, where Williams remained overnight, she scored 10 out of 10 on a cognitive test, which included a question about her birthday.
