The 4th of July parade in Whitemarsh Township has been canceled this year, saying they do not have the equipment to prevent a potential attack.

There was a heated meeting Thursday night in one Montgomery County community with neighbors fired up after a decades old Fourth of July parade was abruptly canceled.
