An Ohio woman was arraigned Tuesday in Bedford County, charged with kidnapping a 15-year-old girl and taking her to Kentucky where they were found hiding in a motel, authorities said. State police in Bedford charged Hannah Audrianna Strychalski,

The federal grand jury also alleged in an indictment that one of the officers lied under oath in a court proceeding.

Authorities have identified the man shot by Covington police during an armed bank robbery Friday afternoon. Kentucky State Police said 62-year-old Charles Davis, of Covington, was shot by city officers after being seen fleeing the U.S. Bank on the 600 block of Madison Avenue while armed with a weapon, according to a news release.
