Kadin Hawkeye Lewis is facing three charges in U.S. District Court centered on accusations that he was preparing to attack Chico Hot Springs and other public spaces in Montana.

One man is dead, another was injured in a shooting in Hickory Hill Friday, the Memphis Police Department said.
