Hours after an Amber Alert was issued for Melina Frattolin on July 20, the 9-year-old was found dead in Ticonderoga, N.Y. Police said 'there is no indication that an abduction occurred' after finding 'inconsistencies' in her father's account of events.
Luciano Frattolin said that his daughter had been the victim of a possible abduction in Lake George, N.Y. On Monday, a day after her body was found, he was charged with second-degree murder.
