Philadelphia police have announced a second arrest in connection with a mass shooting at a South Philadelphia bar and restaurant in the early morning hours of July 5th. One other man was arrested in connection to the shooting.

The shooting happened back on July 5th, outside the 7-Elements bar and lounge at 11th Street and Washington Avenue.

Nino DaSilvio, 22, surrendered to officials after he was identified as a suspect in connection to the mass shooting at 7 Elements in South Philadelphia on July 5.

Authorities charged Nino DaSilvio with aggravated assault and weapons possession after a mass shooting in Philadelphia injured eight people. The U.S. Marshals Service seeks public help in locating him.

It's been almost one week since the shooting claimed the lives of three people. One of the victims is 24-year-old Azir Harris.
