Bill Kelly says that a NEXT Weather Alert will be in effect on Thursday in the Philadelphia region for the heat and threat of severe weather.

A Flood Watch is in effect for southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of NJ and Delaware. The flood risk will be followed by dangerous heat on Thursday.
