Genesis released their second studio album "Trespass" #OnThisDay, 55 years ago. It was the final album to feature original guitarist Anthony Phillips and drummer John Mayhew. The single,"The Knife,” remained part of Genesis’ live gigs for several years — performed here at The Bataclan in Paris, 1973 with Phil Collins and Steve Hackett, who joined the group shortly after the album's release.
