Ocean Kamp is bringing San Diego County’s first surf lagoon, plus a 300-room hotel, shops, and 667 homes. Construction is set to start in 2026, with the wave pool aiming to open before the 2028 LA Olympics. 🏄‍♂️ And here’s the interesting part — it’s going up off Highway 76, near the Oceanside Airport, Mission Marketplace, and right by the controversial Eddie Jones Warehouse project. Some locals
