Since the Blazers selected Greg Oden with the first pick, the Sonics were able to select Kevin Durant at No. 2. They also had one season with KD before they were sold and became the Oklahoma City Thunder. In 2013, KD returned to Seattle to play in the Seattle Pro-Am.
