Yesterday, we visited the Open Blue Cobia processing plant in the outskirts of Panama City as part of the IX AQUACULTURE INVESTMENT WORKSHOP organized by U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC). We toured the facilities and observed the cutting and packaging process of the finished product. The Cobia production farm is located close to the coast in a protected area of 2,500 acres.
