Later yesterday afternoon, another egg was laid at the bald eagle nest near Big Bear Lake! While the first egg was lost (ravens!), we hope to see this one protected. There is also the possibility of a third egg. As a reminder, the area around this nest is closed. The closure helps protect the nesting site and maintain natural bald eagle behavior.
